At RodiCo, we take pride in delivering premium, luxury wine accessories with care and efficiency.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders are normally fulfilled within 24 hours on business days after they are placed on Shopify, and tracking is provided once fulfillment takes place. This information is available within the app and is automatically sent to Shopify.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS, to ensure reliable and secure delivery.
The carrier depends on your shipping method mapping preferences. By default, the cheapest tracked carrier is used, which is typically USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on the route and package dimensions.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within approximately 4 to 5 business days after processing.
